Is AI worth it for a small business?
Only where it takes real work off real people. That is why we start with the Map: we count what is happening today, and every tool on the roadmap has its own price and its own written test before you decide to build it.
How many hours a week can AI save a small business?
It depends on how much of your week goes on repeat admin, which is why we measure it before we build anything. In the business process review we record the hours your team spends re-keying bookings, raising and matching invoices and chasing enquiries. We will not quote you a figure we have not measured in your business.
What can an AI agent do on WhatsApp?
You message it the way you would message a member of staff. Ask "what did we take this week?" or "who still owes us?" and it answers from your real systems. Snap a receipt and it lands coded in Xero. Invoices and payment reminders are drafted and sent to you in WhatsApp to approve first. It works for you and your team on the business side, not as a bot your customers talk to.
How much does AI cost for a small business in Sydney?
The build is a fixed price, quoted for your business and agreed in writing before any work starts. Once it is live, support and maintenance is one flat $500 a month, however many agents you run. We never charge per agent per month.
Where should a small business start with AI?
With the work that repeats every week and follows a pattern: bookings typed into more than one system, invoices matched by hand, enquiries waiting in an inbox. That is where hours come back fastest. The business process review ranks these for your business so you start with the one that pays first.
Do we need technical staff to use AI?
No. We build, connect and maintain the tools, and the flat monthly support covers keeping them running. Your team keeps using the software they know, and you can ask your AI team questions in plain English on WhatsApp.
Do we have to change our software?
Almost never. Your booking system, point of sale and accounting software stay. We connect them properly and build the parts specific to your business on top. If a tool genuinely needs replacing we will say so in the Blueprint, and it is your call.
Will anything go out to our customers without us knowing?
No. Messages, offers, review requests and replies are approved by you before they go out. Once you are comfortable, you decide which routine messages run on their own.
Is our data safe?
We ask for the lowest level of access each job needs, ideally our own limited login that you can switch off at any time. You use your own Claude account, and we switch off model training on it with you.
