1. You connect Xero, read only. Xero's own login, about 30 seconds. We never see your password, and the agent cannot change or send anything in Xero.
2. It reads your invoices and contacts straight away. In about a minute you see the first pass on your own screen: who owes you what, how overdue, and the chase messages drafted for your say so.
3. It works your books for a week. Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it. No card, no contract.
4. Then it drops off by itself. The connection ends at the end of the week. Walk away sooner and we delete the lot.
